Camba Housing Ventures

CHALLENGE

CAMBA is a social service provider that created CAMBA Housing Ventures (CHV) in 2005 as an affiliated nonprofit affordable housing development corporation. CHV’s housing developments are paired with CAMBA’s social services to provide safe, healthy homes for low-income and formerly homeless individuals.

The first challenge was to clarify the difference between CAMBA and CAMBA Housing Ventures. The second, to create marketing materials for each of CHV’s buildings that could work separately or together.

APPROACH

While following CAMBA’s brand guidelines, Intend distinguished CHV from the parent organization by using a more restrained color palette. We then created a visual identity for each housing development, which informed brochures, tenant-focused communications, and event collateral for groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings. A folder with a custom die-line was designed to house all of the brochures. The resulting marketing kit enables CHV to tailor their presentations to various audiences, and add to their growing portfolio.
